Yes. The price quoted at booking is the final all-inclusive price, with no hidden fees or fuel surcharges. Any motorway tolls are included in our quotes. The only exception: oversized luggage (bikes, skis, bulky equipment) may incur a surcharge communicated at the time of booking.

Yes, we accept secure online credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Bank transfers and cash on board are also available depending on arrangements made at booking.

Yes, we provide transfers to and from all major Paris train stations: Gare du Nord, Gare de Lyon, Gare Montparnasse, Gare de l'Est, Gare Saint-Lazare and Gare d'Austerlitz. The chauffeur waits at the main entrance or drop-off zone depending on the station.

We recommend allowing 3 hours before boarding for international flights, and 2 hours for domestic flights. For trains, 90 minutes is generally sufficient. Your chauffeur is an expert on Parisian roads and knows traffic patterns to optimize your journey.

The hourly service (or "by-the-hour") lets you have a vehicle with a private chauffeur for a set duration — 3, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 hours. The chauffeur remains at your service throughout: waiting, multiple stops, itinerary changes. It's ideal for a day of professional meetings, sightseeing, or an event.

Loading capacity depends on the selected vehicle. Generally, a sedan accommodates 3 cabin bags or 2 large suitcases. The Mercedes V-Class can carry up to 7 suitcases. For oversized luggage (sports equipment, musical instruments), please note this at booking so we can adapt the vehicle.

Yes, any modification (time, address, number of passengers) is possible up to 12 hours before the service, subject to availability. For last-minute changes, contact our team directly by phone. We do our best to accommodate your needs.

We track your flight to coordinate pickup. Under our terms, airport transfers include 90 minutes of waiting from the notified landing time. Beyond this, each started 30-minute period is charged in full: Economy €30, VAN and E Class €40, S Class €60. See our terms for the applicable conditions.
